Book in person at New Wimbledon Theatre, The Broadway, Wimbledon, SW19 1QG. The Box Office is open Mon-Sat 10am-6pm.
On the day of the performance tickets can be purchased from the Box Office until 4pm. The on-site box office will be open from 12pm on weekends and 6pm on weekdays for door sales for that day or evening performance and ticket collection

Conditions of Sale
Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded except in the case of a cancelled performance which is not due to the weather conditions. Only the face value of your ticket is refundable.
A small number of seats have a restricted view, which will be indicated at the time of sale, and may be offered at a reduced price at selected performances. We regret that we cannot absolutely guarantee unrestricted view at all times from all seating, due to the varying nature of the productions involved.
Weather Policy
The stage & grandstand seating are fully covered with the exception of the front two rows, which are partially covered; the picnic area is uncovered. We will make every effort to complete the performance and reserve the right to stop and start the show as necessary. Performances may have to be cancelled or abandoned or starting times deferred in the event of extreme weather conditions but a decision to cancel will not normally be made before the advertised starting time. If cancellation or abandonment becomes unavoidable, ticket holders will not be entitled to refunds but will be offered equivalent seats for another festival performance, subject to availability.
The Performance
The performing area will be open from 7.30pm approx. Latecomers may not be admitted into the performing area until a suitable break in the performance. Patrons are kindly advised that due to licensing regulations the following rules apply in the performing area:-
- No glass of any kind can be taken in
- Alcohol may only be carried in plastic containers
- No chairs or large umbrellas will be allowed
- Cameras and recording equipment are not permitted and mobile phones should be switched off
- No smoking is permitted
- No dogs anywhere on the site (except Guide Dogs)
- No ball games allowed on the site
We reserve the right to refuse admission because of health and safety, environmental or security concerns at our discretion and to make changes to the advertised programme owing to circumstances beyond our control.
